Motorcyclist killed in road crash
A 46-year-old man has died following a road traffic collision on the Monkstown Road on Friday morning (November 15).
The man, who was riding a motorcycle, suffered fatal injuries when his vehicle collided with a car shortly before 7am.
The road was closed to traffic at the junction of Doagh Road while emergency services attended the scene.
Police officers investigating the incident have appealed for anyone who witnessed the crash to contact the Collision Investigation Unit on 0845 600 8000.
