Moyle firms gear up for growth

GEARING up for growth, planning effective marketing and e-marketing campaigns and increasing sales are all items on the agenda for a series of workshops being organised by Moyle District Council in Ballycastle, Cushendall and Bushmills throughout March.

The first session is being held on Wednesday 3rd March in Ballycastle, followed by another three interactive workshops over the following weeks.

Talking about the workshops, Margaret Craig, Economic Development Officer with Moyle District Council, said that the workshops have been developed to give a boost to local firms’ presence in the marketplace and to drive business growth.

The programme is being delivered by i2 Total Marketing, and is geared up to help participants learn dynamic and low cost techniques to promote your business and keep customers coming back. i2 has extensive experience in working with businesses to grow their business through well branded, targeted promotional and sales development campaigns.

Seamus McAdams of i2 said that “as we become more of a service-oriented economy offering fairly standardised products and services, more and more we have to look at ways in which we can stand out from the competition and be seen as being better and doing things differently from our competitors. The Gearing up for Growth seminars aims to gear up firms to do this in the Moyle area by putting a spark into your marketing efforts.”

Apart from getting firms to think creatively and come up with unique ideas to entice new customers to their business via targeted promotional campaigns, the programme also challenges firms to harness the power of e-technology as a cost effective means of promoting their business.

Places on the workshops are currently limited but anyone wishing to sign up should register online at www.14campaign.com or telephone Janice at 7188 6131.
