Moyle police notes

POLICE in Ballycastle are investigating a number of incidents in the area.

A quantity of heating oil was stolen from a house on Cauesway Road, Bushmills, on October 8th. Police are appealing for information.

A man was arrested on money warrants at Glentasie Drive, Ballycastle, on October 9th. He was subsequently conveyed to prison.

Police say enquiries are also ongoing following the arrest of a man on suspicion of possession of Class B Drug at Moyle Road, Ballycastle.

A house at Fogarty Crescent, Ballycastle has had its bedroom window smashed. Police enquiries are ongoing and appeal for information

A Renault Clio car that was parked at Leyland Park overnight on 7th October has been scored. Police appeal for information

A burglary has occurred at farm buildings at Castlenagree Road and a Massey Ferguson ride on lawn mower, a walk behind lawn mower a High Peak trailer a garden care silver petrol strimmer and a garden care petrol hedge cutter. Police appeal for information.

Lead has been stolen from the roof of Glenmona House, Cushendun. Police appeal for information

A window at a filling station at Coleraine Road has been smashed by youths throwing stones. Police enquires are ongoing.

There were several reports of youths throwing eggs stones and fireworks at cars in the Altananam area of Ballycastle. Police appeal for information for this type of anti-social behaviour to cease.

A man and woman have been assaulted at licenced premises in the Diamond area of Ballycastle. The man has received a broken nose as a result. It is suspected that the female has received a fractured thumb. Police appeal for information and appeal for information
