Moyle Police notes

A burglary has been reported at Moyarget Road on Tuesday of last week, police in the town have said.

A Sanyo flat screen television and a Toshiba laptop were stolen. Police enquiries are ongoing.

ON Wednesday of last week, two wheelie bins - one black the other blue - were stolen from a house at Stroanshesk Park, Ballycastle.

A motorist has been arrested for alleged driving whilst unfit at Moyle Park, Ballycastle.

The incident took place on June 11 and the motorist has subsequently been charged to appear at court at a later date on drink related offences.

ON Saturday, a window was broken at a chip shop on Ann Street, Ballycastle. Police enquiries are ongoing.

A motorist was arrested on Sunday on suspicion of drink driving offences at Lagg Road, Armoy.

The motorist has subsequently been charged to appear at court at a later date.
