Muff man up onGBH charge

Oisin John Curran, of Borderview House, Muff, is charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent.

The charge relates to an alleged incident on December 26, 2013.

Defence counsel Eoghan Devlin accepted there was a case for the 21-year-old to answer. Curran was released on his own bail of £1,000 to reside at his home address. He is banned from contacting the alleged injured party or any prosecution witness. Curran will appear in court again for arraignment on January 6.
