SDLP Ballymoney representative Angela Mulholland has condemned those behind a pipe bomb found in the area this week.

Ms Mulholland said: “The people who carried out this deed had no interest in the safety of local residents, including young children who are off on summer holidays from school, the elderly and residents from a local care home.

“This type of behaviour has no place in our community or any community and those who carry out actions like this should be ashamed of themselves.”
