It’s believed she died from head injuries sustained after falling down the stairs in her Drumbeg home earlier this month.

Police say the death is not being treated as suspicious.

Father Desmond Mooney, who will be conducting the funeral mass, described her as “a lovely and popular young woman”.

Friends of Ms Magee also posted a video tribute on YouTube earlier this week.

Tommy Sheridan, chair of Drumbeg Residents’ Association, said the entire community is in shock.

SDLP councillor Joe Nelson also expressed condolences to the Magee family.

“It’s sad to hear of the tragic loss of a young life,” he said.
