Music night at Maze Presbyterian

MAZE Presbyterian Church are hosting an evening of Christian music on Saturday, April 20, at 8pm.

Jonathan Rea and Alan McClure from the New Irish Orchestra will be amongst those taking part. Jonathan, a talented pianist, together with Alan, an accomplished violinist, will be performing a range of musical styles designed to appeal to a wide audience.

The Monteith Family are a quartet who have been singing at churches and concerts for many years. Renowned for their tight harmonies they minister the gospel beautifully through songs of encouragement and hope. On the evening they will be performing with a live band.

Also taking part is Carlie Rosbotham, a 14 year old student from Friends’ School, Lisburn. For some years now Carlie has been training in musical theatre, delighting audiences with her stunning voice as a member of Lisnagarvey Operatic Society and Fusion Theatre. Carlie is also a member of the praise group and choir in Maze Presbyterian Church.

In addition Elaine Young, Nicola Law and Rhonda Patterson will be performing a range of contemporary worship songs. They have a wealth of experience performing in both solo capacity and with various choirs.

The concert will take place in Maze Presbyterian Church Hall. Tickets are £10, which includes supper and are available form the Faith Mission Bookshop in Lisburn. All proceeds are in aid of the church building fund. So why not come along and support what promises to be a very enjoyable and uplifting evening.
