Nappy theft charge is withdrawn
A BALLYMENA woman charged with stealing nappies has had the charge withdrawn at the local Magistrates Court after she agreed to accept a police caution.
Louise Kirk (27), of Chichester Park, had been accused of stealing the nappies and a magazine from a supermarket on October 27, 2007.
