National Family Week

A NUMBER of free events are being held to celebrate National Family Week in Central Library.

On Saturday, June 4, a Family Games, Crafts and Storytelling event will take place between 10.30am and 12pm.

On June 1, from 2pm until 3pm there will be ‘An Introduction to the 1911 Census’ event, while on June 1, from 10.30am to 11am, and again at the same time on Friday, June 3, there will be a ‘Family Rhythm & Rhyme’ event and parents and carers are invited to bring their babies and pre-school children along to enjoy free stories, songs and rhymes.
