National Trust '¨celebration date

The North Coast Association of the National Trust continues its spring programme with a St Patrick's Day celebration in the Magherabuoy House Hotel, Portrush, on Tuesday, March 15.

The event will start at 1pm with a two-course lunch, followed by a short talk by Averil Milligan, Head Gardener at the Trust’s world-famous Rowallane garden.

Averil, who trained at Greenmount, has previously worked at both Hillsborough Castle and Mount Stewart. Her talkwill illustrate the special pleasures of the garden in springtime.

Following a break for tea or coffee, the afternoon will finish with a display of Irish Dancing from the Dominic Graham School of Dance. The School, now based in Portrush, Coleraine and Belfast, performs widely and has a history full of competitive success.
