Nature inspires kids at summer school

Local children have discovered more about the incredible species and habitats that abound on their own doorstep during last week’s Biodiversity Summer School.

Taking place at Whitehead’s Diamond Jubilee Wood, the events were run by Mid and East Antrim Borough Council.

The week of activities included pond dipping, mini-beast hunting and bird box building.
