Nature reserve to open at Carrick’s Mill Ponds

Carrick’s eco credentials are being further underlined with the creation of a local nature reserve close to the town centre.

Mid and East Antrim Borough Council is holding the official opening ceremony for Carrickfergus Mill Ponds, which are located beside the leisure centre at Prince William Way, on Friday, July 24.
