New business set for Riverside Centre?
IT looks as though a new business will be coming to the Riverside Regional Centre, Coleraine after plans were approved for the amalgamation of units 14 and 15 at the site.
At last Tuesday's Planning Committee meeting it was recommended that the proposal, on behalf of Kelvin Properties, which includes the installation of a mezzanine floor in the units, be approved.
