“The father was serving in Iraq and when he returns he develops PTSD and starts knocking his family around, so his wife divorces him and moves away,” Gill revealed.
“His son develops a violent hatred of his father’s behaviour, and then finds his father has moved near them again. Then a body is found in a different location.”

“The beauty of the area contrasts with the awful deeds that take place there,” she continued.
“This is a page-turner and I’m trying to keep people guessing.”
Gill also hopes that the book will help highlight PTSD.
