New crossing?
ROADS Service has told Moyle Council they will provide a pedestrian crossing near the two high schools in Ballycastle during the 2012/13 financial year subject to funding.
Roads Service said: “A recent pedestrian/vehicle survey has indicated that a controlled crossing would be beneficial at this location. In consultation with representatives of the schools we plan to establish an appropriate location for the controlled crossing place.”
