New eatery
AN application has been lodged for a new restaurant and bar at the existing Crescent Link Retail Park.
The application is for a “proposed restaurant, new and re-aligned parking and associated site works.”
If successful it will eventually establish a new family restaurant with additional car parking of 18 spaces adjacent to McDonald’s, Subway, Starbucks and the First Trust Bank.
According to documents submitted to the planners: “The proposed development will access from the existing roundabout at Summer Meadows.”
