New heating systems for Ballee homes

THE latest investment in local homes by NI Housing Executive will see 124 NIHE tenants in Ballee get new natural gas heating systems installed in their homes.

The contract, being carried out by the Housing Executive’s heating contractor H & A Mechanical Services Ltd, is the second phase of this heating replacement programme for homes in this part of the town.

Referring to the contract, Housing Executive District Manager Eric Woods, said: “It’s great to see this work progressing in Ballee, as we continue to replace older, inefficient heating systems with new, modern gas systems, making these homes more energy efficient, as well as offering comfort and economy for tenants. “These installations are fully programmed and installed to the highest specification and so provide maximum efficiency and economical running costs. This contract follows on from the earlier phase of heating replacement carried out earlier.”
