New housing for Lower Ballinderry

At a recent meeting of Lisburn City Council’s Planning Committee, the developers NSJ Properties Ltd have been given the go ahead to demolish an existing school building at 1A Crumlin Road in Lower Ballinderry.

The building will then be replaced with a new housing development, which will include six storey and a half detached, three two-storey detached and three two-storey semi-detached dwellings.

There were no objections to the planning application.
