New Minister revealed forHazelbank Presbyterian
Currently the minister of the joint charge of Castlecaufield and Eglish Presbyterian Churches, he will succeed the Rev Alan Johnston who left at the beginning of the year to go to Italy.

Hide AdDavid has had a very fruitful ministry in Castlecaulfield and Eglish with the highlight being the mission in 2007.
He says the thing he will miss the most is the people, many whom he now calls friends. However he is also excited about his new charge as a minister in Hazelbank and is looking forward to getting to know the people. “Hazelbank will bring many challenges but I am excited because I know I am going where God wants me to be.”
Mr Brown is married to Hazel and they have a family of three, Deborah who is married to Roy and two sons Stephen who is married to Kimberly and Michael who will be moving with mum and dad to Coleraine.

Hide AdPrior to training for the Presbyterian ministry at Union College, Belfast in 2001 he worked for 23 years in a number of jobs. He graduated with a Bachelor of Divinity and a Postgrauate Diploma in Ministry in 2004. David became assistant minister to the former Moderator of the Presbyterian Church, the Very Rev Dr John Dixon in 1st Antrim Presbyterian Church from 2003-2005.
