New pay and display plans for the City’s car parks

ROADS Service says it will convert car parks in Foyle Street and Bishop Street into pay and display facilities as resources permit.

The road authority also says parking in Shipquay Street will also be included in a consultation process for city-wide on-street charging proposals within the next six months.

Roads Minister Conor Murphy outlined the plans in response to a query at the Stormont Assembly.
