She is married to John and they have a grown up son and a daughter. Brenda enjoys travelling and is an enthusiastic skier.

She outlined her major objectives for her presidential year when she hopes to increase the Rotary Club membership, including associate membership and to make the general public more aware of what the international organisation is about.

The end of June marked the conclusion of Rotarian Sam Crowe’s very successful year as president.

Before handing over the chain of office to his successor, he expressed his gratitude to Michael McCune for his service as secretary, Brenda for her diligent work as treasurer and all the club members for their support.

Sam congratulated and welcomed Brenda as the new president for 2015/2016.

Brenda introduced her new secretary, Colin de Fleury; treasurer, Kim Lindsay and all her service chairs.
