New President is elected

Portstewart Probus has a new President, Canon Raymond Fox.

Canon Fox was installed by Rotary Representative, Peter Fitzgerald.

Portstewart Probus meets weekly at Portstewart Golf Club.

Peter Fitzgerald, Rotary Representative congratulated the outgoing President, Brian Fillis on another successful year.

Their programme included Rev Frances Bach regaling with A Parson’s Tale, Rory Quinn on Offshore Archaelogy along the north coast and Toby Edwards on Portstewart Strand.

The membership has increased by four to 42.

Any recently retired person would be welcome to come along on a Wednesday and be a guest.

Portstewart Probus resumes on Wednesday, September 24 at 11am.
