New rector
THE Very Reverend Stephen Lowry has been appointed as Incumbent of the grouped parishes of Killaney and Carryduff.
Currently rector and Dean of Dromore Cathedral, he will succeed the Rev Willie Nixon, who was instituted as rector of St Patrick’s, Drumbeg in November 2012.
Mr Lowry was ordinated in 1985 and following service in St Patrick’s Coleraine (3 years) and Greenisland Parish (9 years), he moved to Dromore Cathedral in June 1998.
