New restaurant hosts family day

This Sunday (19th June) the newly opened Beef and Bird, at the Lisburn Leisure Park, will be hosting its first Family Fun Day.

Open to all the family from 12 noon to 5pm, children will have the opportunity to meet some beloved characters in a meet-and-greet with the amazing Spiderman, Batman, and the all-singing Elsa and Anna from Disney’s smash hit Frozen.

With face-painters ready to transform little ones into heroes and fun animals, and glitter tattoos at the ready, there’s something for everyone.

On Sunday the winners of the Beef and Bird colouring competition will be announced. They will have their designs professionally transferred onto the cow and chicken sculptures to sit in the front window. There will also be a free goodie bag for all children.
