“As a former farmer himself, I know Bryan Mc Whirter understands the farmer’s needs and how to deliver cost effective training to any size of operation.”

Under Health and Safety Legislation(1) all farmers have a DUTY OF CARE to their employees. With the farming sector consistently holding a poor safety record(2) all farmers should be reviewing their health and safety in 3 ways; Is their understanding of safe methods of work all it could be; Is their plant and machinery maintained to operate safely; Do family and employees understand how do deal safely with all hazards on the farm.
