New venue for classic car charity fundraiser

Lisburn’s Warren Park (opposite Lagan Valley Hospital)is the new venue for the seventh annual Classic Car Display in aid of the NI Children’s Hospice.

Up to 200 vehicles are expected at the event on Sunday, April 27 (12noon-5pm).

The line-up will include a 1907 Model T Ford, luxury cars such as Bentley, Rolls Royce, Lagonda, Jaguar, etc. and exotic cars such as MG, Austin Healy, Lotus, Porsche, and Ferrari.

A special collection of military and police vehicles will be seen along with an RAF jet-fighter cockpit display.

Community Fundraiser Jenay Doyle said: “I would like to sincerely thank the Banbridge Old Vehicle Club for organising this event.” Banbridge Old Vehicle Club invites owners of classic and exotic cars, American and rally cars of any age to bring them along on the day from 11am.
