Newbuildings housing scheme downscaled
PLANS for a new housing development in Newbuildings have been downscaled.
An application for a 166 unit development between Primity Crescent, Primity Park, Silverbrook Park and the Gortinure Road has been reduced by 11 units.
Planners received an amended application for a 155 unit development immediately to the east of existing housing in the village.
The developer intends building 12 detached houses, 86 semi-detached houses and 57 townhouses.
