News from Gleno and Ballycarry WIs
May Wilson welcomed members to the March meeting of Gleno WI.
The speaker was Barbara Long of Blonging Creations, a jewellery designer who was a missionary midwife in Zambia, who entertained with an abundance of tales.
A quarter of sales are used for missionary work and medicines for bush hospitals.

Heather Adamson welcomed the Ballycarry WI committee to Members’ Night.
Guest speaker was Royal Society for the Protection of Birds volunteer Brenda Campbell, who illustrated her talk with slides.
The evening concluded with a delicious supper, served by members.
