NI Hospice asks for volunteers
Northern Ireland Hospice is asking members of the local Lisburn community to spare a few hours a week to volunteer in their Lisburn shop on Longstone Street to help raise vital funds for the charity.
Retail volunteers play a vital role within NI Hospice, sorting and pricing stock donations and acting as ambassadors for the charity when dealing with customers.
Denise Armstrong, Area Retail Manager, said: “We heavily rely on volunteers who can spare us 3.5 hours per week. These volunteers are the backbone of the shop - creating a welcoming atmosphere.
