“Our thoughts are with the deceased’s family at this tragic time.”

Mr Abraham is said to have lived in Waringstown but operated a diary farm in the Antrim area.

Ulster Unionist Craigavon councillor Kyle Savage knows the Abraham family and said his sympathies are with them at this sad time.

“It’s hard to get my head around this. We are all, the whole farming community and the wider community, are just in shock. Farming was his passion,” he said.

“I farm myself, and sometimes it is just so difficult to stay safe.

“I just can’t get over it. I’m just numb after it and feel devastated by what has happened.”
