NI star helps open new Greenland multi-sports arena
Northern Ireland and Ipswich Town footballer Gareth McAuley helped launch the new £725,000 state-of-the-art Greenland multi sports arena.
Based in the grounds of Moyle Primary, Larne High and Roddensvale schools, the facility has been funded with a grant of 468,000 from the Big Lottery Fund's PE and Sport programme, 210,000 from Larne council and 47,000 from the North-Eastern education and Library Board.
