Niamh wins at Young Enterprise event

Congratulations to Saint Catherine’s College student Niamh Haughian (centre) from Lurgan on winning The Best Sales Person, at the Young Enterprise NI Trade Fair. The A Level Business Studies class have set up a Social Enterprise, selling water filter bottles to raise money for a water filtration system for their sister primary school, St. Bernadette’s, Uganda.

Niamh is one of the top achievers at St Catherine’s College having attained 12 GCSEs, 11 of which were in the A*/A grades last year.

The daughter of Geraldine and Brian Haughian, Niamh studies at Sruth na Gaeilge, the Irish Medium stream of the school.

Both her parents, brother Sean and sister Brianna are very proud of her.
