NIE Networks would like to remind people that its employees carry an official identification pass which customers should ask to see. The pass has the carrier’s photograph on it.

Christine Baker, NIE Networks’ Customer Relations Manager for the area says: “We take reports of anyone impersonating our staff very seriously. If someone calls to your door saying they are from NIE Networks, please ask to see their ID pass. Legitimate NIE Networks’ employees will be only too happy to show you their identification.
