NIE open day invite for local authority
Northern Ireland Electricity has invited members of Carrickfergus Borough Council to attend an open day as part of their winter preparation campaign.
In a letter to the local authority sent last month, NIE encouraged members to attend in order to learn more about the plans and systems in place to deal with major storms or issues affecting the electricity network.
