In this area, members were told that the Housing Executive will also support those tenants who need help to live independently in their homes through the provision of adaptations. Between now and 2018, the Housing Executive will also be working housing associations to bring 450 new homes to the area. The meeting heard that in the next year the body will invest nearly £3.95m for housing support services.
