NIHE to test for latent demand
SF Councillor Paul Maguire is urging anyone interested in renting social or affordable housing in Glenravel to register with NIHE before February 28.
Cllr. Maguire said: “According to the area housing plan 2012-2017 there is an unmet need for five social houses in Glenravel. In order to assess the need accurately the Housing Executive are conducting a latent demand test and inviting interested parties to register before February 28 by telephoning (028) 2566 7881.”
