No shopkeepers prosecuted for underage sales
NO shopkeepers have been prosecuted for selling tobacco products to minors since 2005 in Londonderry.
The prosecution rate across Northern Ireland is low outside Belfast. In the past five years only 32 retailers have been prosecuted for selling tobacco to minors. The data were released by the Health Minister in response to a query at the Stormont Assembly.
