No Vintage Rally at Armoy in 2010

A committee of the Three Churches Rally met last week and decided not to hold the event this year which will come as a disappointment to many.

The Rector of the Three Church of Ireland churches involved, the Revd. Frances Bach, said it was a unanimous decision.

She commented: “The rallies we held were very successful, and an amazing experience for me.

“We are all very grateful to everyone who worked hard for them, particularly Selma McMullan and the rest of the committee, our parishioners and friends, sponsors and donors, members of other rally committees and clubs in the area who were very generous with their advice and help, our exhibitors and stall-holders, and everyone who contributed in any way.”

The committee has not ruled out more events in the future.
