OFMDFM asked for progress updates on landslide near Deputy First Minister’s house

THE Office of First Minister and Deputy First Minister (OFMDFM) asked for progress updates on the Londonderry landslide before Christmas, which occurred just a few hundred metres from Martin McGuinness’ home.

Traditional Unionist Voice (TUV) MLA Jim Allister asked the First Minister and deputy First Minister if their Department had any role in initiating a co-ordinated response to the landslide incident in Marlborough Terrace last December.

In a joint statement they replied: “In order to advise us of progress, OFMDFM made contact at official level across the range of departments, agencies and other bodies to obtain information on their response to the incident.”
