O’Hara Funeral: Man released
A 53 year old man, arrested in Londonderry on Saturday, October 17, by detectives investigating offences committed at the wake and funeral of Peggy O’Hara in the city in July, has been released unconditionally.
Meanwhile, a man(47) arrested on Sunday as part of an ongoing investigation into dissident republican terrorist activity, has been released pending a report to the Public Prosecution Service. Three other men, aged 36, 39 and 40 remain in police custody.
