The community bulk buying scheme, which was started two years ago by Glenravel District Community Residents’ Association in partnership with Ballymena Borough Council, is helping address the growing issue of fuel poverty.

Quickly going from strength to strength and with around 170 households now signed up as members, the Club has been hailed as a front-runner in community enterprise resulting in real economic benefits for local people.
