Old Avondale home to re-open
East Eden Limited. intends opening the former Avondale Nursing Home on the Culmore Road in January and is currently recruiting full, part-time and bank nurses to work there.
In 2013 the company submitted and application to create an 80 bed facility for special needs patients at the former Avondale home.
It recently applied for permission for a revised parking layout to allow additional car parking.
