Old Mill in Larne benefits from £90k facelift
Clanmil Housing Group has completed a major programme of improvements at the Old Mill in Larne, which provides 13 self contained apartments and 12 bungalows for older people.
Just over £90,000 has been spent on refreshing the independent living scheme, providing modern kitchens in all of the apartments and bungalows. The work is part of an £8m investment programme in Clanmil’s properties throughout NI.
