Old vehicle club gears up for busy summertime of events

EAST Antrim Old Vehicle Club is gearing up for a busy summer of events.

Members and their classic vehicles will be at the Mosney Show on June 13, at Musgrave Park Hospital on June 20 and the Ballymena Show on June 26.

The Belfast-Portrush Cavalcade takes place on Sunday, August 1. Members are reminded that they are not too late to put their entry in as the closing date has been extended to June 30, in a bid to boost numbers by a further 20 at least.

Chip Shop Run entries have now closed.

Members extend their sincere congratulations to Gavin Millar on his recent engagement to Anna Lo.

The next meeting of the club takes place on Tuesday, July 6 in the Clarion Hotel, Carrick, starting at 7.30pm. Members are asked to make a special effort to attend.
