The court heard that on September 8 last year police saw three males acting suspiciously in the Drumellan estate.

Police went to search his waistband of his tracksuits but he pulled away and obstructed the search.

A solicitor representing Mulholland, who appeared in the dock, had taken steps to turn his life around.
