The night will be something of a first also for the area as it will be jointly hosted by Foyle Camera Club and Pilots Row Camera Club with viewings of the print images starting at 7.30pm at Delacroix bar and restaurant, 18a Buncrana Road.

On the night, over three hundred images in print and digital projected format will be shown and all the local photographers from the 27 clubs that comprise NIPA will be keen to hear how the panel of three judges have scored their entries.

The 2014/15 season comprises five competition rounds.

Judging by the results of the 2013/14 season, this year should be hotly contended with some of the competing photographers also showing off their skills at International level.

The opening adjudication night is free. Anyone with an interest in amateur photography is also welcome to attend and find out more about the camera club scene.
