Photography course at Lough Neagh

A course on wildlife photography will be held at Lough Neagh Discovery Centre this weekend.

The course, which is open to all ability levels and expertise, will be held on January 23 and 24, from 10am to 4pm.

It will be taken by semi-professional photographer Danny Gibson, a member of the Amateur Wildlife Filmmakers Network (AWFN),

The focus on day one will be on woodland birds and will be held indoors, covering photographic subjects, species identification and feeding techniques.

On day two, participants will take to the great outdoors to complete practical demonstrations of feeding and photographing native wild bird species.

The course costs £75 per person which includes a morning break and lunch from the Loughside Café and participants are asked to bring their own photographic equipment and outdoor clothing. Numbers are limited.
