A flavour of X Factor at YMCA Health Hub

It is one of a range opportunities being offered through the Carrickfergus YMCA’s Health Hub sessions for 15 to 25-year-olds.

The afternoon programme also includes free circuit training, pool competitions and table tennis.

The sessions are on Mondays 3.00 to 5.00pm and Fridays 4.00 to 6.00pm and, according to the YMCA, offer participants “a safe, informative environment to gain self-confidence, build higher self-esteem, knowledge and use their talents”.

The Health Hub is also open during the day to drop into, 30-34 Irish Quarter West.
