Aghanloo WI
President Elizabeth Scott welcomed members to the February meeting of Aghanloo Women’s Institute.
The guest speaker for the evening, Naomi McConway, gave everyone an introduction to Pilates and instructed volunteers on some gentle exercise techniques. Moya Moss-Bowpitt was congratulated on the birth of a little granddaughter. Winner of the competition for a Valentine’s verse was Rosemary Savage. Members were reminded of the Roe Valley Area Quiz on 27 February. Aghanloo WI meets on the first Thursday of the month at Aghanloo Community Hall. New members are welcome.
